WHAT'S HAPPENED DURING OUR LIFESPAN

Class 6: Special spine movement for diabetes

Class 7: Feel your muscle tension. Basic relaxation techniques

Class 8: Stretching (basic)

Class 9: 3D self-adjustment technique. Find the most relaxing position for your joints

Class 10: Feel your internal organs. Graduate from the 'Befriend your body' course

THE PROGRAM

This program will teach you how to care for your health. You will learn to treat it like a friend and ask questions such as:

1. What happened to you and your body?

2. How exactly does your body feel?

3. Are you feeling exhausted and tired? What does your body want to do now?

4. You have worked hard for many years to establish yourself, but does your body like the way you used it or has it begun to break down because of all the abuse?

5. Do you want to be strong, or do you want good health? The two things may seem similar, but they are actually quite different.

6. You always think that exercising helps you. But does it? How do your body feel from the exercises?

7. Do you feel good when you eat? Do you want to eat or is your body telling/guiding you to?

8. How do you know if your body is overworked, and how can you give it the rest that it needs?
